Client: Cabrillo Community College

Cabrillo Community College is located in Aptos, California and is part of the California Community College system. Opening late winter of 2003 this state of the art athletic facility includes baseball, softball, soccer and golf.

The project also includes a 1,200 square foot restroom, concession, storage and office field house with road and parking facility. With a limited budget and timeframe our work included preliminary design, construction document, DSA approval, and construction administration.
