Moller ParkMoller Park, a project supported by the homeowners and the City of Pleasanton, California, provided the neighborhood with open space, a connection with the creek and a gathering place for the neighborhood. This 7 acre neighborhood park features a tot lot, picnic tables, strolling path and open green. The park was dedicated in 1992. Client: City of Pleasanton

Fremont Park Located in downtown Menlo Park, California, this 3/4 acre urban park was the home of World War I's Fremont Camp. Our effort for Fremont Park included developing a landscape renovation plan which established new pathway paving, new seating, updating electrical and overall landscape quality for the park. Client: City of Menlo Park

Pleasanton Tot LotsThe upgrade of Pleasanton Tot Lots in Pleasanton, California included ADA compliance renovations such as documenting existing conditions, evaluating ADA non conformance, redesign of tot lot area, replacement of play structures, cost statements, preparing construction documents and construction review services and community outreach. A command of the play equipment, user group facilitation, grading and drainage, park design and site construction observation were an essential part of each project. Client: City of Pleasanton

El Camino RealEl Camino Real Streetscape Planting, a city funded street tree planting program study that will promote private development improvement along the El Camino Corridor. The project is supported by an active citizen group. This group is committed to raising funds for, what they call the millennium mile. This first part consists of preliminary design, establishing a construction budget, identification of utility conflicts, Cal Trans preliminary review and final report. Second phase construction documents are currently being prepared for the 2002-2003 installation. Client: City of Menlo Park
