Waiawa Development on Oahu, Hawaii, a 4,000-acre mixed-use project, including the future home of the Hawaiian Open, two other community golf courses, a build out population is 40,000, office and commercial development which makes this project a self sustaining new community.
Our efforts included master planning, and detail planning for the first phase which includes two golf courses.
