Menlo Square is located in Menlo Park, California. This high end mixed use development centers on a retail restaurant magnet. A downtown urban focus provides a place for outdoor dining and strolling through the midblock landscaped paseo walk. This residential condominium development captures both urban living with luxury amenities. The project features an urban plaza with a small animated fountain and a historical mural. This 28 unit project also has a retail restaurant component to the project making this a truly urban project. Client: Merril Street Partnership
Waiawa Community Development on Oahu, Hawaii, a 4,000-acre mixed-use project, including the future home of the Hawaiian Open, two other community golf courses, a build out population is 40,000, office and commercial development which makes this project a self sustaining new community. Our efforts included master planning, and detail planning for the first phase which includes two golf courses. Client: Gentry Companies
